Welcome to KBIP, Alberta!

We would like to welcome a new school and province to our project: Notre-Dame- des-Monts, a francophone school in Alberta (http://ndm.francosud.ca). The school is located in a nature reserve of the Rockies (Canmore). They are a combined primary and secondary school with a total of 110 students. Their learning context is somewhat similar to that of schools who participate in the Remote Networked Schools project - small class sizes and learning environments that are enriched through networking.

Notre-Dame-des-Monts was chosen by CIDA (Canadian International Development Agency) to work on a collaborative project with a school in Mali.

Teachers from Notre-Dame-des-Monts (in science, mathematics and English) are currently looking for KBIP partners to form partnerships with their classes.

Please contact Pier-Ann Boutin (pier-ann.boutin@fse.ulaval.ca) for more information or to convey your interest.
