International meeting between Burkina Faso and Quebec
On December 7, 8 and 9, meetings between three classes from Burkina Faso (Jacqueline Dembele's class and Mr. Zerbo's class) and six classes from the Rives-du-Saguenay School Board took place. These exchanges allowed groups of students to contact each other for the first time using video conferencing.
Students asked
several questions
such as:
What currency
do you use?
How many
inhabitants
are in
your city?
With what
do you play?
How do you celebrate
Christmas?
What
religion
do you practice?
How many students
do you have in
your school,
your class?
How many children
are there on average
in your families?
How far
do you travel
to go to
school?
Do you have
a
library?
What sports
do you practice?
At what age
do you finish
school?
The exchanges
will continue on
the
Knowledge Forum
in the coming
weeks
through the coordination
of
Bertha
Helena
Boulianne.
Gradually,
the questions
will focus on
the subject
of air.
Stay tuned!
